“My modalities of choice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. Our thoughts influence our feelings, which In turn influences our behaviors. Making that connection is imperative, as it allows you to respond, rather than react.”

“Over my life I have worn many hats, but in each capacity, I’ve always been in the business of serving and meeting the needs of people, because I am an Armor Bearer. You have taken a courageous first step, so let's see if we are a good fit, as I would be honored to embark on this journey in collaboration with you. I strive to build a genuine connection with my clients by fostering an environment of transparency and support. Remember, you are the expert in your journey, and I am here to assist.”
